How do I enable grant acceptance on my plan?
Different plans may have different grant acceptance requirements, so a grant acceptance workflow can be configured on a plan by plan basis.
Navigate to the Plan Management screen and select a plan
Scroll down to the section 'Configure grant acceptance workflow'
To get started, switch on 'Stakeholder acceptance'. The Whats my workflow visual on the right hand side will assist in explaining the grant acceptance workflow based on the settings you have enabled.
With only this setting switched on, any grants added will require the stakeholder to login and accept the grant through the platform.
Note; No grant agreement document will be generated.To generate a grant agreement document for each grant issued from this plan, switch on 'Generate a grant agreement document'. The workflow visual will update, and the 'Grant agreement template' section will become visible. Use the placeholder fields to customize your template and when uploading the template in a .docx format, you can specify whether the grant agreement needs to be signed by a designated company signer. Grants added from this plan will require review and signing by this individual before the grant is visible to the participant.
Multiple different grant agreement templates can be added in this section, should you require the flexibility to use different templates for different stakeholders when granting from the plan.
